Safe Shopping Guarantee

We strive to ensure that our site and the transactions conducted on it are safe and secure, and we offer the following guarantee on every transaction made at PNP: You pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping with us. Thanks to the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any portion of the $50, PNP will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50. However, PNP will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at PNP while using our secure server. Also, in the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must have notified your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedure.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the Internet?

The credit card transaction process is secure. All data is transmitted both to us and from us using SSL encryption technology, which all major browsers support. This means that only the people involved in the transaction are allowed to see the data. The shopping part of the process is not secure, but no personal data is transmitted over this connection. As soon as you click to "Purchase" and proceed to enter credit card information you should notice the little key in your browser light up signaling that this is session is secure (you may also get a notice from your web browser to that effect). All credit card information remains in a secure server and is not transmitted over the public Internet, except with SSL encryption.
